Developmental Areas (Approx. 500 words)

Based on your reflections in assignment 1, identify areas for your personal development (a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5). These could include interpersonal skills or collaborative behaviours you wish to improve based on your experience during the real-world business challenge (although, they can be different interpersonal skills to those included within your skills audit of assignment 1).

For each area of identified personal development you should explain:

· Why are these areas important for your personal or professional growth?

· How do they relate to your current capabilities?

· How will developing in these areas meet the demands of your chosen career path and/or future lifelong learning goals?

This should be written in the first person and you should include references to support your discussion.

Action Plan (Approx. 300 words equivalent)

For each identified area of personal development you should use the following template to create 2-3 SMART objectives which are achievable within the upcoming 12 month period.
