Instructions:

.    This is an Individual Assignment.

.    Students must submit ONLY an electronic copy (MS Word file .docx only) via the

Turnitin dropbox on the Course Moodle site. There is no need to submit a hardcopy.

.    Late submissions will be subject to the late assignment procedures indicated in the course outline.

.    For the body of the document use only Calibri 12 point font with 1.5 spacing, 2.5 CM margins and left justification only. The format for a title page is free.

.    DO NOT COPY THE QUESTIONS. Type the question number and heading with your  answer/response underneath. There is an indicative word limit provided for each   answer. You also need to number all pages except for the cover page supplied and reference list pages.

its business model, and why it exists). Next, explain the organisational structure of the case company (you can use an organisational chart or diagram if you wish). Support

your answer with appropriate literature, using APA references to identify the sources of your information.

2.       Based on the content covered in the organisational strategy module, analyse the

business strategy of the case company. In your answer identify its “source of

competitive advantage” and its “unique selling point (USP)” . Support your answer with appropriate literature, using APA references to identify the sources of your

information.

3.       Leadership is the “ … process of transforming organisations from what they are to what the leader would have them become” (Dess, McNamara & Eisner, 2016, pg.350).

Based on your observations of the chosen company, explain which leadership theory best describes the leadership style of its current leader? This can be the Chief

Executive or Chairman of Board or Founder(s), OR if you lack information describe which leadership style could be best for the company. Support your answer with    appropriate literature, using APA references to identify the sources of your

information.
